On the ground floor, the restaurant seats 42 guests, including a chef’s table for eight. Downstairs is the bar, where less than 18 guests can dine.
At SAAM, women and men can share their knowledge. The team is supported by sommeliers Koen van der Plas, Jet Rijkers and Daan van den Dolder.
In the kitchens, Margot Janse, Jasper Hermans and Thomas Kooijman put their heads together to create a menu inspired by South African and carefully selected local ingredients. At SAAM, careful choices are made to offer the best food, with pure, genuine and traceable products.
In the Qook! industrial kitchen you will find a large Adieu griddle, induction plates, plenty of cooking and a warmed-up present. Along with interior lighting, it is designed for a large window in the kitchen.
