Every catering establishment or institution is different and Qook! literally fits in seamlessly with it. The Qook! cooker is fully custom-made. Both the size and the installation of components are specifically tailored to your wishes for your restaurant kitchen.



In the Qook! concept is a beautiful design combined with user-friendliness. A high quality stainless steel is used and the device is finished very accurately. Qook! is completely seamless so the cooker is hygienic and saves you on cleaning costs.

Qook kitchens

Induction:

  • Equipped with pan detection, so when you put the pan on, it turns on, and therefore it's energy efficient. The use of induction is electric, so we are so environmentally conscious, it can also be included in the EIA.
  • Various types of coils are possible (round, square and flat opaque). It's your choice.
  • The generator and the technology can both be installed outside the stove, so that the space within easy reach can be used efficiently.
  • The stainless steel work surface is finished flush with the top, easy to keep clean and therefore super hygienic.

Induction:

  • Equipped with pan detection, so when you put the pan on, it automatically turns on, and therefore it's energy efficient. The use of induction is electric, so we are environmentally conscious, it can also be included in the EIA.
  • Various types of coils are possible (round, square and flat opaque). It's your choice.

Adieu baking tray:

  • The only professional cast iron baking tray that meets all the requirements of a chef.
  • There is no taste transfer, the products do not stick and the use of pans or cutting on the plate is no problem at all.
  • Using a minimum amount of fat is therefore healthier.
  • The cast iron plates are made of one piece.
  • The plate reaches its temperature very quickly and is also extremely temperature-resistant and energy-efficient.

The plate is very easy to maintain and after cleaning it is as good as new.

Pasta cooker:

  • Automatic water filling.
  • Available in both gas and electric.
  • Available in different gastronorm sizes.
  • Unique electronic drain.

Seamlessly welded into the worktop, and thus hygienic and easy to maintain.

Bain Marie:

  • No limescale because the element is located outside the bain-marie. That's why it's also very easy to keep the bin clean.
  • Available in various gastronorm sizes.
  • Standard 200 deep possible.

Because we deliver custom-made products, the automatic water filling option is also possible.

Etagère:

  • Tailor-made, not only the length is variable but also the depth is variable.
  • On request, the etagère can be equipped with sockets and cables from, for example, a cash register system or screens can be neatly concealed in the tubes.

A hanging etagère can also be fitted with cooled saladiere. Equipped with gastronorm bins you have your ingredients cooled and tasty within easy reach.

  • Different sizes 1-, 2- or 3-baskets.
  • Around the fryer is seamlessly a raised edge made for flood control. In this way, you can prevent any crossing with water, safety first!

Integrated welded heated bin:

  • Fully integrated into the worktop and thus hygienic.
  • Handy
  • Grille is removable and therefore easy to keep clean.

Alto Shaam warming drawer:

  • Keeps products warm for hours and ready to serve without loss of quality.
  • Available in different sizes and designs.

Tall faucet:

A tall faucet for filling tall pans with water, for example. Ergonomic, handy and efficient!

Warm plate to keep sauces and soups warm:

  • The plate can be digitally adjusted up to 150 degrees.
  • Its control is located in the front panel, saving you workspace and annoying obstacles in your worktop.
  • It's built in completely flat, so it's easy to clean.
  • Low power so you can use it for every kitchen.

Cooling technology:

  • Both remote and plug ready to install cooling workbenches.
  • High body height of 760mm so that with 3 drawers (each drawer 150 high) gastronorm fits. So three drawers underneath each other perfectly fitting. Available with stainless steel mullion.
  • Optionally several evaporators per drawer so that all (not only the outer) products remain perfectly cooled at the same time.

Salamander plateau:

  • Ideal for grilling, heating or gratin dishes.
  • With plate recognition, as soon as you put the plate under the grill, it shoots on.
  • High light, temperature in no time.
  • Ease of use.
  • Electric so it falls under the EIA.

A user-friendly professional kitchen

Qook! is completely custom made. A combination can be made with the many components. Not only is the worktop for your professional kitchen user-friendly because of the lack of seams, the use of the worktop has also been taken into account. Optionally, baking trays can be supplied with a collection belt. This makes it easy to collect baking residues.

In the Qook! kitchen is a corner cleaned with one stroke of the broom. No more chance for dirt to accumulate. This is not only very hygienic, it is also super easy and it looks nice and fresh.  

Tailor-made:

Because in practice we also have to deal with fixed architectural columns, this should not be a reason to get in the way of the planned routing, so we simply adjust the design accordingly. As you can see in this kitchen, we have adapted the kitchen to the architectural situation at that location, in short, the kitchen is built around the column. Customization in optima forma!

Qook! is optionally completely controllable from one modern designed control panel. It is even possible to have the device remember the frequently used settings itself. Rather stainless steel rotary knobs or a regular touchscreen? You choose, we make.
